Vegan Chik'n Parm Sandwich

Prep: 20 minutes | Serves 1

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 Alpha Foods Chik’n Burgers
  • 1 Hamburger Bun
  • 1/4 - 1/2 cup marinara sauce (depends on how saucy you like it)
  • Italian parsley, chopped


Plant-Based Cheese Sauce


  • 1 Tbsp vegan butter
  • 1 Tbsp flour
  • 1/4 cup plant-based milk
  • 1 oz vegan mozzarella (shredded)

DIRECTIONS

  1. Cook patties according to package instructions then slice into smaller pieces.
  2. Lay out a tortilla on a cutting board. Spread avocado and salsa over the tortilla then add ¼ of the rest of the ingredients.
  3. Fold sides and roll tightly. Repeat steps for additional wraps. Cut in half when ready to serve.
  4. Serve with salsa and chips of choice.
