Vegan Garlic Hatch Dipping Sauce

INGREDIENTS

Garlic Hatch Dipping Sauce


  • 1 cup vegan mayo
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 jalapeño, seeds removed
  • 1 tbsp cilantro 
  • Juice from 1/2 lime 
  • Pinch of salt and pepper 
  • Enjoy with Alpha Burritos 

DIRECTIONS

  1. Mix all ingredients except the Alpha Burritos together in a bowl by hand or use a food processor or blender to make completely creamy and smooth.
  2. Cook Alpha Burritos according to package instructions.
  3. Move the dip to a bowl so you can dip your favorite Alpha Burrito in. Optional to top with radishes and cilantro. Enjoy!
