Crispy Chik'n Sesame Quinoa Salad

Prep: 15 minutes | Serves 2 | Products Used: Chik'n Burger

Ingredients

  • 2 Alpha Crispy Chik’n Patties, cooked and cut in half or into smaller pieces 
  • 4 cups red cabbage, shredded
  • 2.5 cups quinoa, cooked
  • 2 cups carrots, shredded
  • ½ cup green onion, thinly sliced
  • ½ cup slivered almonds
  • 2.5 Tbsp sesame seeds
  • 2 Tbsp rice wine vinegar 
  • 1 Tbsp soy sauce 
  • 1 tsp agave nectar
  • 1 tsp lime juice
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Cook patties according to package instructions.
  2. Add all ingredients besides patties to a large bowl. Toss until combined. Taste and add salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Top or toss with Alpha Chik’n Patties until combined. Enjoy!
