Buffalo Nugget Sub

Prep: 10 minutes | Serves 2 | Products Used: Chik'n Nuggets


  • 1 bag Alpha Foods Chik’n Nuggets
  • 1 cup Frank’s Red Hot Sauce (or buffalo sauce of choice)
  • ¼ cup vegan ranch
  • Dill pickle slices
  • Red onion, thinly sliced
  • Iceberg lettuce, shredded
  • Tomato, thinly sliced
  • Salt & pepper
  • 2 hoagie rolls, toasted


  1. Microwave your chicken nuggets according to package instructions and toss with buffalo sauce.
  2. Slice and prepare all your toppings and toast your hoagie rolls.
  3. Add all your toppings to the bottom of the hoagie roll, then add your buffalo chik’n nuggets, and drizzle with more hot sauce and vegan ranch dressing. Add your top bun and enjoy!
