Alpha Breakfast Sandwich

Prep: 10 minutes | Serves 2 | Products Used: Alpha Patty


  • 2 Alpha Foods Sausage Patty’s
  • 2 English Muffins
  • 2 slices of extra firm Tofu, ½”
  • Pinch of turmeric
  • Pinch of salt
  • Vegan Cheese
  • 1 tbsp plant-based Mayo
  • Tomato, 2 slices
  • Handful of fresh spinach
  • 1 tsp olive oil


  1. Cut the tofu into ½ inch slices, place on a paper towel and press gently to remove any excess moisture.
  2. Heat oil under medium heat, add tofu blocks and cook for 2 minutes. Flip, add a pinch of turmeric and salt, then cook another 3 minutes or until firm.
  3. Spread the top layer of the English muffin with mayo, then assemble the sandwich by adding a handful of spinach, followed by the tofu, Alpha Patty, cheese and tomato.
